Boutique Construction Company with single-source accountability

Established by an Emirati Engineer and Entrepreneur Mohamed Bin Abdulla, MSc of Project Management who successfully operated for 12 years construction businesses and large-scale projects in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, South Korea and Russia with the most challenging engineering and project management tasks.

With such a range of construction and leadership experience, Mohamed is bringing to UAE the concept of Boutique Construction Company with single-source accountability. His ability to choose exceptional professionals, manage projects and team in the most efficient way allows him to bring outstanding results for the Projects with focus on quality and strict compliance with budgets & deadlines.

MBA Group focuses on every aspect of construction throughout the project, starting by appropriate Project estimation to project management and general construction.

The Group supported by highly experienced Senior Professionals and employs a large team of union carpenters, laborers, specialized engineers with experience in all type of construction projects.

As a trustworthy partner in the market, MBA Group developed strong, valuable relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.

QUALITY GUARANTEES

We build to last. That’s why we enforce strict quality standards on all of our Project.

With a focus on our clients’ needs, we are continuously evaluating everything we do for ways we can do it better. We implementing strict Quality Control on all our Projects. In the field, we use our extensive database of quality bulletins and checklists to monitor the installation of all products that are installed on our projects. Our cloud-based project management software allows us to notify responsible parties of installation deficiencies in real-time and track their remediation.

To monitor our overall company processes, we have separate quality control engineers that monitor quality, risk management and safety, lean processes, technology, ethics and operations. We are credentialed with all required licensing and insurance, and we are holding all required permits and approvals.
